What is Affiliar?
Affiliar is affiliate management software for online casino and sportsbook operators. An operator uses it to run its own affiliate programme: it tracks the players each affiliate brings, calculates commission on the net revenue those players produce, and pays the affiliates. The affiliates get a portal of their own with tracking links, reports and payouts.
It is not an affiliate network and does not supply traffic. It is the system an operator runs for the affiliates it already works with, or is about to recruit.
What it does
- Tracks players to affiliates. Tracking links record the click and pass the affiliate's code to the casino; the registration that follows is attributed to the affiliate, and every later deposit, bet and win is counted against them.
- Calculates iGaming revenue, not sales. NGR is computed separately for casino and sportsbook, after bonuses, chargebacks, provider fees, payment fees, jackpot contributions and taxes, with a combined view across both.
- Runs every common commission model. RevShare on NGR or GGR, CPA, hybrid, tiered RevShare and fixed per qualified player, per product, with optional negative carryover. See iGaming affiliate commission models.
- Gates CPA against fraud. A CPA pays only once the player passes the gates the plan sets: minimum deposit, wagering, hold period, cash retention, KYC level, number of deposits or positive NGR. Shared IP, device and wallet signals flag clusters of related accounts.
- Handles several brands and currencies. Provider fee rules are set per brand, and every amount is normalised into the operator's base currency before commission is calculated. A brand can list mirror domains, so affiliates can send traffic to a mirror where the main domain is blocked.
- Supports sub-affiliates. In a two-tier programme, each parent passes an agreed share of its commission down to the affiliates it recruited.
- Pays affiliates. Payouts run in USDT on TRC-20.
- Reports in real time. Overview, per-affiliate, campaign, traffic and cohort/LTV reports, with weekly or monthly email digests. Test and internal accounts are excluded from revenue and commission, retroactively.
- Grows the player base too. A Refer-a-Friend programme lets players refer players, with tiered "Crew" rewards; operators can also give affiliates player bonuses to distribute.
How it connects to a casino or sportsbook
The operator sends player activity — registrations, deposits, withdrawals, bets and wins — in one of two ways:
- Kafka, for an operator already running an event stream: Affiliar consumes it directly.
- REST, one request per event or a batch, for an operator who would rather not run a broker.
Events carry an id and are idempotent, so a retried or replayed batch does not double a commission. Nothing in the operator's game engine or payment stack changes, and Affiliar never holds player funds.
Who it is for
Online casinos and sportsbooks that run their own affiliate programme and need the commission to be right: operators with several brands or currencies, with both casino and sportsbook, or with CPA deals they need to protect. Plans start small enough for a single brand with ten affiliates.
